The H/B Chamber board held the monthly “State of the Village” luncheon at the Hillside Village Hall, 425 N. Hillside Avenue, Hillside. The luncheon went successfully from noon to 1:00 p.m. The lunch was sponsored by Home Run Inn Pizza (pizza, salad, drinks and dessert).

The lunch was free but cash donations were asked. The proceeds will be going to a local non-profit called Magnificent Mutts. Linda Latelle runs the non profit and is instrumental in saving the lives of animals throughout the United States and abroad.
